the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They offered a superb breakfast and ensured a secure environment with 24, hour reception and guards. Though in a not, too, popular location, it was still within walking distance from the city center. We were impressed with the well, maintained hotel, clean rooms with AC and great room facilities, such as tea and coffee making facilities, a fridge. the entrance was grand and magnificent.

We were unhappy with one thing , the incidentals bill.

The breakfast had a good variety of options and the staff members were helpful and welcoming. the hotel had tight security measures and safety was not a concern. the rooms were clean and comfortable for a peaceful night's sleep.

The location was difficult for taxis to find, which caused delays and frustration. the amenities in the room were lacking, with no tea or coffee service or fridge, and the air conditioning was not functioning properly.

The breakfast was decent and the gym had some good equipment. The hotel was in a safe area with guards at all times.

The staff did not seem very friendly or helpful, especially when I had an issue with my room. The room was not clean and had several maintenance issues that went unresolved.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options to choose from. The hotel was very clean and well kept, with great facilities including secure parking, transportation and 24-hour reception and guards. We appreciated the air-conditioned shuttle service to the airport.
